I believe a few of the bloggers that I stalk follow will definitely agree to this when I say I have been whining over their cute jackets for the last couple of months. Finally I found my own, and right on time, because the Belgian weather has not been that good lately. I also found myself a perfect striped tee. I have been looking for one like this for aaaaaaaaages! I found it at H&M while I was actually searching the racks to find that skirt I wore in my previous outfitpost. It was love at first sight.

I feel relieved now that I had my say and I would love to continue blogging in a more cheerful and positive way ^^ I promise I will try to never put up that much text without images again, haha!

Skinny

I am not the right person to tackle this subject. English is not my native language and I'm not the best writer in town. But I feel like I have to put some things straight. 
{oh boy, I sound like a mad school teacher already!}
Since I'm doing outfit posts I've been getting concerned emails and comments from people telling me that I should eat more. People, please believe me when I say you will hardly find anyone who eats more than I do. And many of my friends can confirm that, haha! I can't live without my "one bar of chocolate a day" and I have breakfast 2x every morning { I get hungry again one hour after my first breakfast}. I think it's really sweet that you guys are so committed to my health but I ensure you that I have no eating disorder or anything like it.
I know a lot of girls have issues with their weight and feel uncomfortable in their skin. I recieved an anonimous email saying, and I quote, "Girls like you make us feel fat!" and I honestly don't know what to say to this. It's a false understatement that beeing skinny is heaven. I have my figure issues too. People constantly ask you if you don't need any extra slice of that pie, or some more whipcream on your sundae and shopping ain't too easy for me too. Try finding jeans long enough and small enough. Pretty boots that fit around my legs? Forget it! Bracelets? nu-uh! V-neck dresses, pencil skirts? all not done. And I've got NO boobs, ladies.
And I know a lot of you now go like "Oh, what is he complaining about, she's got a nice figure" well I think the same about you. You girls out there all look amazing too! I'm not one of those people to judge others by their appearance, and to me that's what blogging is about. The variety of styles, people, sizes, nationalities and what not is a source of inspiration. The blogosphere is a place where one can be themselves and where you shouldn't be afraid of showing who you are. I never ment to intimidate anyone, or make anyone feel bad abou themselves. Believe me, I may have a small size right now, but who knows what I'll look like in 20 years? Your figure ain't something stable, but your heart is. And I now I sound mushy right now, but I just want to say that bloggers should be a source of inspiration and not a source of inner conflict and maybe even desperation. We are there to support each other, not to make fun or intimidate one another. 
I really appreciate your concerns and your sweetness, but I just wanted to have my say.
I didn't mean to attack anyone personally with this post.
I just felt a little attacked by some emails that I've gotten myself.

I got my grades today.aaaaaaaaaaaaand... I PASSED!Thank you so, so much for all your sweet words and support during the awful exam period.
I won't bother sharing all my grades, but I can say I ended up with an 11/20 for Philosophy.
Not bad!  Hope you all have a great weekend!

Celebrating freedom

Boyfriends exam spree has finished too and to celebrate this he took me to an Italian restaurant in the city. Da Giovanni is famous under students. They're cheap and the food is delicious!

Once we got home again we went out for a little stroll through the fields. This cute little path made a perfect photo location!

The Dog Days Are Over

I'm everything but a fan of that song. 

The countdown in the sidebar is still ticking until midnight BUT...My exams are over! Wich means I now have 2.5 months of vacation!This feels soooooooo good!  
Right after I handed in my Biospychology exam, which was easy peasy by the way, I took a bus to town. I went on a 10 minute shoppingspree at H&M and scored two lovely new wardrobe additions. Outfitpost comes later, if the weather would cooperate!

Hi folks! How was everyones weekend? Mine was great! Spend saturday studying and I uploaded a new layout. How do you like it? Since I'm a "little" perfectionist when it comes to my blog design I am still freakin' out over my sidebar positions. Hope I can get them just the way I want them soon.

I would also love to thank you all for the warm welcomes on Twitter ^^ I am starting to find my way around there. Found my mentions yesterday so now I can actually interact with people, haha. Now I just need to get a grip on all those tags! I actually had to Google every one of them haha ^^ I'm preparing a little list for #FF. I'll make sure to turn it into a blogpost as well :)

7 reasons why this week was beautiful

1. My boyfriend got into a 'let's be the sweetest I've ever been'-mood. Love that fella! ♥2. My psychology exam went A-okay! Philsophy went ok. Just ok. 3. I finally got myself a safari jacket. A what? you know, one of those jackets as seen #here.4. My new glasses rock! People said I looked smart. Wait... what do they mean by that?5. I watched every romantic comedy they played on TV this week. Love the free evenings after a long day of studying.6. I made banana milkshakes. They're the best!7. I joined twitter! As of yesterday I am on Twitter. Yes, I know... late comer!

BUT, I just never saw the point og having AND Facebook AND Twitter. Yesterday I realised that blogger was the only way I could talk to you guys and let you know how I'm doing, and sometimes I have so much to say without having the need to devote a whole blogpost to it, so I figured why not try Twitter?

I can't believe how confusing Twitter is. I just can't find my way around there, haha. It's kinda like beeing on facebook for the first time. It'll just take some pratice and getting used to I guess. Too bad Twitter doesn't support Belgian networks, So I can't use my cellphone to tweet.

200! Say whaaaat? 

It's going so fast! I can't thank you guys enough for beeing here. 

And a warm welcome to my new followers ^^

So tomorrow it's  D-Day: My Philosophy exam and I'm freakin' out!

It's an oral exam and I was actually last in line, but bacause I don't like beeing stressed all day some people switched so I could go second. If my blog turns all quiet after tomorrow: I have not survived.

It's annoying how stressy I am, huh?

The photos are again taken in the old part of my town :)I live near a prison, wich is located in the woods, less then a mile away. And these houses were build in the early 1900s for the prison guards.
They are now abandonned but there are plans to restore them.I one day would love to do a post filled with photos of the enviroment!
PS: some people asked me about the house in my last outfit post. I believe it's the second oldest house in my town. It has a huge history with kings and barons. But I don't really remember the whole story ^^

Summers List

Wussup!? How was everyones weekend? ^^Mine was great. I feel a lot better since last Friday. Sorry for the slightly depressing post.
I just had to get it of my chest.  I really want to thank you all for the sweet comments :)They made me feel a lot better! 
Okay, on to other things:Remember this post where I'm whining that I want my own camera?
So, on Saturday I crushed my piggy bank.. or actually, I checked my bank account and guess what?
I've actually managed to save enough money to buy a camera! Say whaaaaat!? Now I still have to find time to go to the electro shop....
I also made myself a little list of thing I definitely want to do this summer!
